* Speak Spanish
* 2-3 years of Bookkeeping experience
* 2-3 years of QuickBooks experience (or) Certified
* Tax Return Preparation is a big plus
*EDUCATION & SKILL LEVELS*
* Required: High School graduate or equivalent in experience
* Certificate in accounting/business or equivalent in experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office product MS Excel and the ability to create advanced formulated spreadsheets.

*BOOKKEEPING, PAYROLL, and TAX SUPPORT:*
*Bookkeeping Duties.

* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
* Assist with general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounts
* Prepare and process journal entries for various accounts
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
* Conduct credit analysis and evaluate financial information
* Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes
* Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
* Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Workday, to perform tasks efficiently
*Payroll Duties.

* Setting up and processing new payroll accounts (State and Federal)
* Ensuring payroll processing is timely, and in compliance with fed and state laws
* Processing accurate and timely quarterly and year-end reports
* Processing garnishment orders correctly and other issues that impact payroll
* Preparing monthly producer commission payable reports
*Tax Duties.

* Preparing and e-filing payroll tax returns
* Assist in the gathering of information for tax return preparation purposes
* Assist with completing tax returns
*ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:*
* Answering company phone line
* Documentation of our systems, policies, and procedures as we grow
* Completing monthly marketing and sales results reports utilizing Excel
*SALES SUPPORT*
* Provide sales quoting support for our commercial prospects and current clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts
* Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
* Regularly attend networking groups, business expos, and trade shows
* Collaborate with cross-functional associates to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
