*Responsibilities*
* Cash Receipts / Daily Deposit (shared among other team members)
* Client billing calculation and invoice preparation for multiple billing attorneys
* Finalize Client Data Sheets
* Payroll processing (shared among other team members)
* Prepare monthly fixed asset depreciation/amortization schedules
* Answer inquiries and queries pertaining to client accounts
* Annual personal property tax return
* Reconciliation of petty cash
*Qualifications*
* 2-Year Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience in accounting
* Willing to work overtime as needed
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
