*What you will be doing:*
o Entering back transactions
o Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
o Reconcile weekly bottler payments for national accounts
o Assisting with Accounts Payable
o Onboarding new customers and vendors
o Maintenance of online customer portal
o Processing stopped accounts
o Other administrative duties as assigned
*What we are looking for:*
· Two years’ accounting experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
· Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
· Customer Service minded professional with a desire to build relationships both internally and externally.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel.
