Collections Representative Responsibilities:
Collections account management
Customer service
Help ensure branch compliance
Assist with lending/credit origination
Hours for Collections Representative:
Full-time (40 hours)
5-day work week
No Sundays
Most Saturdays 8-5 with a weekday off
Two weekday shifts of 11-8
Two weekday shifts of 8-5
Occasional overtime with OT pay
Collections Representative Requirements:
2+ years of customer retention, collections, or sales
Manager, team leader, or senior level is a plus
Good customer service & computer skills
Able to work the hours listed
Able to pass a drug screen & background check
Able to train in Milwaukee for 3 weeks
Training Plan for Collections Representative:
Mandatory 3-week classroom training in Milwaukee
Paid training with paid expenses
Ongoing training after the initial training class
