Monthly QuickBooks Reconciliation of all banking & credit card accounts.
Analyze QuickBooks Online and prepare year-end journal entries.
Analyze and record Payroll entries in QuickBooks Online and tie out payroll and sales tax liabilities accordingly to filing reports.
Problem solve with QuickBooks Online bookkeeping issues.
Reconcile all loan balances and equity accounts.
Prepare financial statements.
Prepare year end work papers for tax return.
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and assist with client questions.
Interpersonal/ Client Development Skills: Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously; Moderate to advanced spreadsheet skills; Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
Great attention to detail and communication skills.
Computer confidence (experience with Microsoft excel and word a must).
Ability to analyze reports from outside systems and reconcile the relevant data to accounting records.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in accounting.
Associate’s degree in business degree preferred.
Overtime may be required during quarter one.
Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Platforms.
Ability to understand and prepare journal entries.
Experience in an accounting/CPA firm environment is preferred but not required.
