This position is responsible for implementation and administration of the bank’s risk-based compliance program which is a program designed to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
This is done by assessing risk, providing support and guidance to department supervisors, testing, training, and reporting to the Risk, Audit, Compliance Committee (RACC) and the Board of Directors.
This position is also responsible for the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)-Anti Money Laundering (AML) program, including the monitoring and reporting of transactions as required by the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations.
Qualified candidates will have at least three years of banking, finance, compliance, or BSA experience with a college degree or additional equivalent experience.
A strong and proven background showing initiative, demonstrating work ethic, and ability to work with a team will ensure our consideration.
