Credit Analyst Supervisor

Join our team of professionals at one of Sauk County’s largest and strongest community banks! Our ideal candidate will provide strong analytical support in the underwriting and administration of the loan portfolio and supervise a staff.
This person will assist the loan officers by performing credit analysis on loan relationships, prepare credit presentations for review, and will compile and analyze loan portfolio and industry metrics.
Analysis will be on new and existing credits for commercial, commercial real estate, and agricultural loans.
In addition, this position will train and support department staff and serve as the subject matter expert.
Experience in financial statement analysis, accounting, credit administration, loan documentation and supervision is required.
Excellent analytical and communication skills are expected along with the ability to independently research businesses, industries and regulations.
Knowledge of appropriate banking laws and regulations expected.
Strong Excel, Word and other Office skills required along with good organizational and written communication skills.
