*Primary Qualifications Required:* * An associate degree in accounting or related field * Five years of accounting experience preferred * Experience with cost accounting preferred * Strong organizational skills which are required to follow manufacturing processes for related ventures * Ability to multi-task and thrive in a collaborative environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Company currently uses NetSuite for accounting and some administrative tasks *Roles and Responsibilities:* * Perform daily and monthly accounting functions and assist with year-end financials * Administer all tasks relating to payroll, including benefit management and preparation of quarterly and annual payroll tax returns * Prepare sales tax returns as required * Manage tasks required to track and cost manufacturing processes * Assist with HR requirements with willingness to grow into a lead position while maintaining accounting tasks * We are a small team - assist with daily outgoing sales – customer requests, shipments and invoicing * Maintain company’s database and other supporting documentation * Competitive wages based on experience *Benefits:* * Work/Life Balance and Positive Company Culture * Health Insurance (85% Employer Sponsored) * Employer Sponsored Life and Disability Insurance * Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401(k) with match * Paid Time Off * Nine Paid Holidays per Year, minimum * Continuing Education and Training Reimbursement *Schedule: *Monday - Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Submit applications online at SynergyMetalworks.
