*Key Responsibilities:* *Processing Daily Customer Invoices:* * Add appropriate shipping amounts to delivered orders.
* Ensure timely processing of invoices for all delivered orders.
* Monitor direct ship orders, reconciling order cost and supplier invoices, and processing customer invoices promptly.
* Communicate cost discrepancies to relevant departments.
* Process customer returns and credits efficiently.
*Processing Accounts Payable Invoices:* * Enter vendor and supplier invoices accurately into our ERP system, following proper approvals and internal control processes.
* File AP invoices and checks for vendors and suppliers.
*Other Accounting Duties:* * Reconcile various accounts and update monthly reconciliation sheets.
* Maintain spreadsheets for tracking and financial reporting purposes.
* Assist with month/year-end closing procedures.
* Support year-end audits, including completion of reconciliations and work-papers.
* Process outbound mail daily.
* Scan PODs into the system and retrieve them as requested.
* Undertake additional duties/projects as defined by management.
Requirements: * Qualifications:* *Education:* * Associate degree in accounting preferred.
*Experience:* * Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
* Invoicing/billing experience preferred.
*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * Organized with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to maintain accuracy while processing large amounts of data.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
* Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
