Controller

Description: As Controller, you will play a critical role in partnering with and supporting the executive leadership team in strategic financial analysis and decision making.
You will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company.
This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.
Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
This position is also responsible for cash management and risk management.
The Controller is a member of the RenewAire executive team.
Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field is required Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in management of processes and people CPA designation is desired Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, ERP systems and a willingness to learn new technology COMPETENCIES Experience managing financial reporting and accounting operations for a company Ability to clearly communicate financial information across the company, including the Executive Team Demonstrated ethical mindset Proven success in building, coaching and holding a team accountable Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and time management Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and success of reaching or surpassing goals
