ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PART-TIME

Apex Administration, LLC is looking for a part-time accounts payable person to join our accounting department.
Ideal candidates are team players who are flexible and maintain a positive attitude.
*RESPONSIBILITIES & ABILITITES:* * Process payables for multiple corporate entities in a fast-paced environment * Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records * filing, scanning and other accounting duties as assigned * Proficient in MS Office, Excel, MS Office software * AP experience with AppFolio software is preferred, but will train if needed * Basic accounting principles are a plus * Ability to multi-task and the judgement to reset priorities to meet deadlines *HOURS:* * Monday-Friday * 20-25 hours per week * Flexible choices for creating a set schedule *BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:* * $17.
