Community First Bank is seeking a Business Banker to service customers in our Baraboo location.
As a Business Banker, you will be tasked with developing, growing, and maintaining business and agricultural lending relationships.
This position is responsible for developing new commercial business/agricultural relationships as well as strengthening and expanding our existing lending relationships ensuring bank risk is mitigated and loan quality meets or exceeds standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUSINESS BANKER
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of commercial/agricultural lending experience preferred or sales/relationship building experience required.
Strong customer service values

Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible, multi-task and organize priorities
Maintain high level of focus and energy
Self-initiative in pursuing and developing sales opportunities

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position working primarily Monday through Friday at our Baraboo, WI location.
