Job Purpose
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible accurately and efficiently facilitate our accounts receivable processing, as well as coordinate reports on accounts receivable status across organization.
The accounts receivable coordinator will also be responsible for reviewing all direct bill information, answering phones handling guest problems, and invoicing of all direct bill accounts.
Responsibilities
Audits and invoice all direct bill accounts
Track deposits for events and manages timely collection on accounts
Reviews and completes all credit verifications for direct bill accounts
Balance credit cards
Maintains an organized and accurate direct billing file
Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and completes all requests for receipt copies
Research chargebacks, billing disputes, partial payments, etc
Responsible for clerical functions related to the position
Responsible for check control procedures and guest check audits
Adheres to all Company policies and procedures
Follows safety and security procedures and rules
Assists other Accounting Personnel when need
Perform additional projects as requested by the controller
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
2+ years of related accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting operations including A/R, A/P, general cash management and handling procedures
Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate 10-key
Customer service skills and the ability to effectively address guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
Ability to navigate and accurately use moderately complex computer software
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Hospitality experience (Preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish/English (Preferred)
Working Conditions
This position operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position sometimes require evening and weekend work, working outdoors, working with challenging clients, and minimal travel.
