Seats Incorporated is currently seeking to fill a Manual Welding position on the 1st shift at our Seats Vehicle Division.
Our vehicle division manual welders operate MIG welders in overhead, vertical, and horizontal positions to weld the flat, cylindrical, and irregular components used in the manufacture of electric vehicle products produced for our sister company Columbia Vehicle Group.
This position is a long-term temporary opportunity expected to continue through April 2025.

Requirements and Responsibilities include the following.
Prior welding experience operating MIG welding machines
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Read Blueprints
Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and stoop
Consistently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
Ability to navigate computer systems to look up work instructions, cross reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables.
1st shift 5:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Thursday with overtime possible on Fridays.

**Seats Incorporated will offer a starting hourly wage of $22.
30 per hour for this long-term temporary placement with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $24.
