Lead Flooring Installer / Supervisor

*Flooring Installer / Supervisor* *Job Description* We are looking for an experienced flooring installer with at least 8 years of experience to join our team as a flooring installer and supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of flooring installation, including carpet, hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl and laminate.
They will also be able to train and supervise other installers and apprentices.
*Responsibilities* * Install flooring in residential and commercial settings * Oversee jobsites and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards * Train and supervise other installers and apprentices * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety procedures *Qualifications* * Minimum of 8 years of experience in flooring installation * Strong understanding of all aspects of flooring installation * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work long hours and meet deadlines * Valid driver's license * knowledge of pouring leveler recommended but not required *Compensation* * Pay is based on experience and knowledge of the trade * Benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
