What you will own As a Production Supervisor at our Reedsburg, Wisconsin facility you will guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity while overseeing the safe use of equipment and verifying production output according to specifications.
You will be a key leader who drives employee engagement to nurture a positive culture.
You will ensure an optimal balance of quality, service and efficiency in the cheese making process to provide operational excellence.
You will support all aspects of production activities.
You will supervise hourly team members in all aspects of daily production activities and ensure that all quality standards and procedures are maintained.
You will understand and adhere to the work rules for the hourly team members set forth by the collective bargaining agreement.
You are excited to interact cross-functionally with other business partners to build a culture of operational excellence and innovation in areas of processing, methods, productivity, GMP’s, safety and quality.
Your cross functional role will provide a greater insight to our exciting business model and allow you to grow your skill set in other areas within the company.
You will ensure required plant documentation records are complete and up to date through accountability and coaching of team members.

What you can expect: A 12-hour shift, working 6 PM – 6 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, allowing for half the year as unscheduled days for you to do what you enjoy most.
