* *HACCP Certification:*Certification in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), indicating expertise in food safety and quality management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* *Leadership and Development:*Engage on the plant floor and provide guidance to foster leadership development among staff.
* *Strategic Planning:*Collaborate on the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and practices to meet quality, food safety, capacity, service, and financial objectives.
* *Supply Chain Alignment:*Ensure manufacturing activities align with corporate supply chain requirements.
* *Employee Engagement:*Promote a culture of employee engagement, positive relations, effective training, development, and safety goal achievement.
* *Capital Projects:*Identify, assist with, and ensure the successful completion of all capital projects.
* *Talent Pipeline:*Develop an extensive and diverse talent pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
* *Technical Expertise:*Guide a team of technical experts in resolving production, quality, and work-related issues.
* *Safety and Quality Investigations:*Oversee safety and quality investigations using Root Cause Analysis.
* *Union Relations:*Maintain positive relations with union representation, assist in resolving grievances, and manage contract compliance.
* *Regulatory Compliance:*Act as a liaison with corporate support functions to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.

Pay: $130,000.
