Lead HVAC Technician- Residential and Commercial

We are currently working with an HVAC company with a strong local reputation to find HVAC Technicians to join their team based at their Portage office.
What's the role? The HVAC Technician will install, maintain and repair heating/cooling systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning air quality equipment and performing maintenance procedures as well as providing emergency repairs when necessary.
HVAC Technician responsibilities include talking with customers about their HVAC needs, performing maintenance and installations as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals.
Specifically for this role you will: Provide HVAC services for residential and some light commercial service and change outs On-call rotation once every 5 weeks- calls are for emergencies only Fill in with change outs as business needs require Work mostly on furnaces and AC units and occasionally on boilers and mini-splits and some light commercial RTU's Required skills and qualifications: 10+ years of related residential HVAC experience Customer service skills for interacting with customers What will my schedule look like? This role works Monday through Friday 7am-3pm.
Perks and Benefits Package: On call $100.
00 per diem whether you take a call or not.
Paid double time for any calls from the time you leave your house until you return home.
Clients are aware of charges which keeps calls off hour calls to a minimum.
