Our co-op programs are designed to provide paid work experience and valuable hands-on experience in your field.
Co-op assignments are typically 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday for 8 months.
Spring Co-ops (January 2024 - August 2024) Manufacturing Engineering Help coordinate the manufacturing process in either Fabrication, Assembly, or New Product Development.
You will be responsible for incorporating various Industrial and Mechanical Engineering principles in a manufacturing environment.
Perform analysis of procedures and design fixtures while working to increase productivity and efficiency through the plant while also ensuring safety and quality.
Fabrication engineers work closely with CNC programmers and design engineers to ensure parts can be manufactured in a safe production mode.
Gain experience in CAD through application of SolidWorks modeling and drawing generation.
Quality Assurance Engineering Collaborate cross-functionally on continuous improvement projects throughout the organization, effectively engaging shop floor operators to engineering management, while enhancing product quality.
Utilize technical skills including root cause investigation, metrology for data collection, and statistical data analysis to ensure cutting-edge technologies can create products that meet the company's innovative vision.
IT Helpdesk Gain exposure to IT ticketing system.
Help troubleshoot incoming incidents, including issues related to computer hardware/software, mobile/desk phone support, printer support, conference room support, and production floor support.
Help address incoming requests, including imaging new computers, setting up workstations, performing office moves, setting up home users, and installing software.
Assist with ongoing desktop support projects.
IT QA Co-op Collaborate as a member of a development team focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions.
Your contributions will include testing, automation, improving observability and performance of our platforms, and assisting with design of software deliverables.
Gain exposure to all aspects of the software development lifecycle and learn alongside an established team of professionals working in an agile methodology.
Fall 2023 Co-ops (May 2024 - January 2025) Operations & Production Engineering Work on a specific production team working with hourly employees as well as reliability, test, quality, and manufacturing engineers to support Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality.
Lead and supervise people in assembly/fabrication activities to achieve established productions goals.
Monitor and drive quality measures and implement continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with other internal groups to effect cost reduction, work simplification, production scheduling and manpower planning.
Test Engineering Design and implement automated test systems to verify the quality and performance of luxury residential appliances.
Work closely with other engineers to provide test engineering support for the manufacturing floor.
The test systems may include data acquisition, vision test systems, and electrical and mechanical interfaces.
Assist in development, documenting, programming, and building manufacturing test equipment.
Provide troubleshooting support and training to manufacturing personnel.

Participate in Agile Scrum development methodology and multi-tier software development and deployment process.
Work collaboratively with team members, leadership and stakeholders, and regularly report status of work tasks.
Experience Required Must be a current student at an accredited university.
Must have at least a 3.
