Underground Utility Locator

Responsibilities: - Locate and mark underground utility lines using specialized equipment and techniques - Read and interpret utility maps, blueprints, and drawings to determine the location of underground lines - Use a forklift to move equipment and materials as needed - Operate a backhoe to excavate areas for line repairs or installations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient line locating Experience: - At least one-year previous experience in utility line locating or a related field - Familiarity with cabling and utility line systems - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and utility maps - Ability to operate a forklift and backhoe safely and effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
