, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art dry corn mill in Cambria, WI.
Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
You will also be responsible for supervising and coaching a team of plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with various departments to coordinate production goals, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

What we're looking for in a Plant Manager To be successful in the role of Plant Manager at Didion Inc.
, you will need a combination of skills and experience.
A bachelor's degree is required, along with hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Ideally, you will have at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on food safety and process management.
Experience in a similar dry food manufacturing environment is highly desired.
Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for building trust, credibility, and leading a high-performance team.
You should have a demonstrated ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
Proficiency in using data to drive production planning and performance measurement is crucial, along with a solid understanding of the manufacturing process.
Experience in developing and managing operating budgets and plant CapEx programs is necessary.
You should also have a background in enforcing appropriate quality and safety measures to comply with state, federal, and industry regulations within the food industry.
Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean methodologies, including Six Sigma green belt or black belt certification, is preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement for effective communication.
