The company manufactures automotive, specialty and Naugahyde brand products at its manufacturing plant in Stoughton, Wisconsin.
*Job Summary* The *Production Worker* will be responsible for the efficient and safe support of production activities.

*Job Duties* * Monitor product as it moves through machinery or equipment to ensure product standards are achieved * Make appropriate adjustments to machinery or process to support product standards as required * Collaborate with other employees to troubleshoot any production inconsistencies *Qualifications and Experience* * Demonstrated ability to work with team members in achieving favorable production outcomes * Basic computational skills (calculate averages, percentage, proportions) * Basic computer keyboard skills to enter ranges of equipment operation * Legible handwriting for documentation of standards * Normal color vision * Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision * Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities * Independent decision making * Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred *Education and/or Training* * High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required * Training in a manufacturing setting with machinery desirable *Physical Requirements* * Ability to stand between 8-10 hours * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
