*POSITION DESCRIPTION:* We are currently looking to add a reputable and outgoing HVAC Service Technician with 2+ years of experience to our team.
This person will work closely with our Service and Quality Assurance Department and assist in new residential Construction and light commercial construction.
Company vehicle, power tools, tablet, cell phone and laundered uniforms are all provided by Dave Jones.
As a Service Technician and representative for Dave Jones, a friendly, patient and professional demeanor are essential.
*Position Requirements* *ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Diagnose and repair all aspects of forced air systems, Geo Thermal, packed units, and other HVAC systems * Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction * Establish a great rapport with the customer * Proficient in service repair of HVAC equipment * Proficient in sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements * Perform warranty service repair * Perform Precision Tune- Ups * Ability to complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently * Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends) * Ability to adapt to changes * Comprehensive refrigerant trouble-shooting experience *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* * Minimum of 2 years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience * EPA Certified * High School diploma or equivalent *LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS:* * Valid Driver’s License *BENEFITS:* Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Group Life Insurance, Voluntary Group Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Retirement/Savings Plan (401K) with Employer Match, Employee Purchases and Discounts.
