We are looking for our first-ever Director, Supply Chain for our Fiskars Brand to lead our exciting efforts in our key Americas regions.
In this key role you will lead the demand and supply planning process for the Fiskars Americas region and ensure the successful implementation of planning improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS Responsibilities: Ensure the competitiveness of the Fiskars Brand offering and service in the Americas by coordinating activities across the different supply chain functions and other stakeholder leading to excellence in execution Serve as the primary business partner the rest of the Fiskars Brand Americas business unit, ensuring collaboration and offering supply chain expertise and insights Maintain overview of cross-functional supply chain activities in the region and ensure excellence in execution Directly Lead and develop a team of planning professionals Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders in the Americas Build and nurture an agile, adaptable, and high-performing culture Implement necessary capabilities, processes, and policies to support growth and help us win this important region Take the lead in coordinating activities with other relevant leaders in Supply Chain, such as Sourcing /Manufacturing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless cooperation within of supply chain and execution excellence for the region Participate in cross-functional initiatives to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance and enhance overall organizational effectiveness within the region Key contributor in formulating the Fiskars Brand supply chain strategy globally WHO YOU ARE Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a consumer goods organization Proven track record as a good leader - driving transformation, empowering your team, and being able to influence decisions Ability to work cross-functionally in an international matrix organization Understanding of how to manage digital transformation, both internally and with key partners START YOUR JOURNEY AT FISKARS GROUP We are eagerly awaiting your application.
