Sports Impressions is looking for a full-time Customer Service/In-house Sales Associate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and in person customer visits.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Assist with data entry for outbound sales associates.
Follow-up on any potential sales leads.
Manage customer database.
Handle customer complaints and find solutions.
Maintain and keep product showroom up to date.
Maintain an up to date supplier catalog collection and display.
Work with all departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Suggest and help develop new marketing and sales practices.
Prepare quotes, estimates, and invoices in our software platform.
Handle the shipping of orders to customers.
Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Prepare quotes for promotional products, process a promotional sales order, prepare a Purchase Order, and deliver to the art department for completion.
Assist customers with loading of orders being picked up.
Notify “pick up” customers by phone or e-mail that orders are ready to be picked up.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Quick and intuitive computer skills are an absolute must!
Intelligent and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and hospitality is preferred.
Physically capable of moderate lifting.
High energy and self-motivated.
