Role and Responsibilities Commercial Recreation Specialists is adding a B2B Inside Sales Associate to its team to work out of the Verona, WI office in the following capacity: Receive and vet inbound sales leads; follow up via telephone, Microsoft Teams and email Make outbound prospecting sales calls Utilize Digideck for prospecting and presenting proposals Establish productive, professional relationships with decision makers Prepare and present proposals via telephone and Microsoft Teams Track sales cycle progress through the Sugar CRM Actively attend and participate in meetings Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor Ideal candidates must be in line with the Core Values of the company: be open to continually learning, carry a servanthood mentality toward others, be a tenacious customer success advocate, be results-oriented and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Preferred Education, Background & Skills: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, retail or inside sales role Consultative, needs-based sales process experience in a B2B environment Degree or courses in any of the following: Sales, General Business, Marketing, Communications Intermediate level skills with business and productivity software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
) essential to conducting general business tasks Understanding of and/or proficiency in CRM software (Sugarsell), web browers, presentation software Desired Qualities: Self-starter with ability to follow-through Strong interpersonal skills Collaborative & team-focused Multi-task, prioritize deadlines Project professionalism in representing the organization, internally and externally Support initiatives that ensure profitability Willingness to travel infrequently Proven leadership Capable of projecting genuine enthusiasm Coachable Interested in working in a small business environment Physical and Environmental Requirements: Physical activities: able to meet all physical requirements of routine office work Level of physical requirements: Lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 40lbs Level of visual acuity: viewing of computer screens for long durations Environmental conditions: office locations; periodic trips to project sites and trade shows Travel Needs: Position will require infrequent overnight and weekend travel to various customers, offices, and trade shows This job is full time with the following benefits: Health and dental insurance 401k including company contribution Paid time off Short- and long-term disability
