We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
What You Will Do:
You will be the point of contact for internal clients.
You will collaborate with them to understand their needs/challenges, target audiences, value propositions, messaging, timelines, and goals.
You will then prescribe, plan, and execute marketing activities tailored to their needs – including, but not limited to, ads, emails, case studies, landing pages, sell sheets, social media posts, presentations, and mailers.
You will take ownership of marketing projects – setting clear expectations with internal clients, communicating updates, coordinating approvals, and reporting out results.
You will create project plans, collaborate with teammates and other resources to establish timelines, and drive timely completion of projects to meet (or beat) established deadlines.
You will record project details in our project tracking system, write channel-optimized marketing copy, perform (or coordinate) graphic design & layout, and publish/distribute (or coordinate publishing/distribution) marketing deliverables.
What You Need to Succeed:
You will have 4+ Years of experience in Marketing.
Ideally in a B2B environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
You will have a project management mindset.
If you have experience with project management technologies that is a plus!
You are extremely motivated and a self-starter; we move fast, and this role needs to be action-oriented.
You will need to be proactive in searching out information, solutions, answers and providing updates to teammates and stakeholders.
You will have excellent marketing copywriting and editing skills.
You will have experience with ESP, CRM, and CMS platforms.
You are an expert problem-solver, applying critical thought to maximize efficiency and achieve optimized results.
You must have experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.
You have a track record of strong communication and collaboration abilities.
You have the ability to plan, organize & prioritize multiple projects & maintain tight deadlines.
