*Position Description and Responsibilities:* This position is required to closely interact with owners and market specific products for their existing building needs.
* Work directly with building owners, managers, and facility personnel to provide solutions for their mechanical systems * Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand market reach * Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services * Develop solutions to customer HVAC needs and understand each customers' specific needs * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional account management * Become a solution provider vs.
vendor- establish and deepen trust.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services * Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor customer interactions * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in business development and direct sales, preferably in HVAC industry * Superior organization, prioritization, attention to detail and follow-through review skills * Highly professional oral and written communication skills * Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize your workload in a timely manner * Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative team setting * Strong knowledge of marketing and finance basics * Ability to effectively manage accounts and build long-term relationships with clients * Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms * Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service * Demonstrate consistency between words and actions by maintaining processes that are followed repeatedly and routinely to meet the accountability expectations of managers * Maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations * Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $75,000.
