Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold throughout the world via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners.
The inside sales team is a focused group that supports our customers and field sales team.

Primary Responsibilities
Become an expert on products and systems to best serve the customers
Outbound and inbound calls
Developing Weekly call strategies
Assisting field sales team with problem solving and / or order inquiries
Serve as our partners’ primary point of contact regarding orders
Creating relationships with customers and aid them with any order related needs/issues
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support
Responsible for completing special projects as assigned
autonomously make decisions and solve a varying degree of issues

Experience
