Main contact for corporate sponsored trade associations including regular check-ins, looking for paid and earned opportunities, maximize opportunities included in our sponsorships, and managing annual reviews of association relevancy
Connect with the distributor trade reps to pulse check their engagement and feedback around the local chapters
CEUs
Develop 2-3 Courses a year
Manage and monitor CEU events
Manage all CEU renewals
Develop and manage distributor trade advisory group
Events & Tradeshows:
Planning and executing various trade events and trade shows
Trade Communications
Facilitate, plan and improve Bi-monthly trade calls, as well as define/refine communication cadence
Input on sales memos that impact trade reps
Develop and maintain new trade programs.

Trade Support
Develop new, trade, in-market support
Provide direction for trade support on our website, including Reveal, Brochure Builder, and Product Specifications
Team Management
Manage and provide work direction for 1-3 direct reports (FTEs, contractors, temps, or interns)
Facilitate target and goal setting for individual team members with guidance from CBM.
Provide ongoing feedback along with mid-year and annual reviews.
