As part of our continued growth and desire to better serve our customers, Wurth USA has a new opportunity for Regional Sales Specialist.
In this remote role, you will travel to achieve a sales target and grow the business.
In this Regional Sales Manager role, you will receive hands on training and development to be paired with your sales experience, preparing you for a successful career in sales at Wurth USA.
We train individuals how to develop relationships, build trust within our business partners and grow a territory through a consultative sales approach.
This role will allow you to experience grass root sales and service training in the field, face to face with our customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attain and adhere to agreed regional targets
Lead, coach, and develop district managers effectively
Conduct ride-a-longs within region as needed
Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment
Monthly profile discussions with district mangers
Manage employee time and attendance, performance, and development
Create and maintain productive districts with strategic planning
Conduct informative quarterly meetings with team
Present initiatives and strategies effectively to the region
Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of new team members
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook, etc.
)
Experience using CRM, such as SAP or Salesforce
Organizational skills in task management
Effective communication and customer management skills
Ability to remain objective in stress situations.
High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
Product and sales training
