Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager at A Head for Profits, you'll be stepping into a leading role within the beverage dispensing and draft beer systems industry.
You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and nurturing client relationships to generating quotes, conducting phone sales, coordinating with manufacturers, and following up with customers post-installation of draft systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of A Head for Profits' product offerings and services
Generate leads and foster relationships with clients
Provide quotes and facilitate sales transactions
Maintain clear communication and coordination with manufacturers
Conduct thorough post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve territory revenue and profitability quotas for AHFP products across all customer segments
Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers
Accurately disposition and report outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Provide sales territory reports and sales tracking as required
Understand and consistently log and record each individual inside sales opportunity in the company CRM
Work closely with the accounting department regarding final payment and accounts receivables for jobs sold
Working Hours:
Hours may vary and may occasionally require overnight travel and evening/weekend work depending on business needs
Salary:
Starting at $50,000 + monthly commission
Position Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales (within the hospitality industry preferred)
Experience in the draft beer/restaurant industry (preferred)
Familiarity with various sales software such as Salesforce, Salesflare, Hubspot, or similar platforms
Demonstrated record of achievement in outside sales
Proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills/self-motivated
Bilingual- English/Spanish (preferred)
