*Customer Relationship Management:*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural community.
* Understand the unique needs and goals of each customer and provide personalized solutions.
*Team Leadership:*
* Lead and manage a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
*Sales and Marketing:*
* Identify sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Promote and sell feed products and services through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing efforts.
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
*Technical Support:*
* Provide technical support and advice to customers on feed management practices, including feeding programs, ration formulation, and feeding efficiency.
*Market Research:*
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay informed about the latest products.
* Share market insights and feedback with the sales team and management.
*Sales Reporting and Administration:*
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product inventory.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required by the organization.
*Product Training:*
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
* Provide training to customers on product use and best practices.
*Compliance and Regulations:*
* Ensuring compliance with regulations related to feed quality, safety, labeling, and marketing.
_*Qualifications:*_
* Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is typically preferred.
* Previous experience in agricultural sales, feed sales, or a related field is beneficial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
* Valid driver's license, as travel to customer locations is often required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $70,000.
