You will provide daily work direction for direct reports to lead customer-focused service solutions for customers (insureds, agents, advisors, clients, or affinity partners).
Develop and motivate team, create implementation of process improvements within team, and ensure the maintenance of a high level of service for customers.
May assist in other business-driven projects.
Compensation Minimum:$67,000 / year Compensation Maximum:$111,000 / year Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
Primary Accountabilities Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
Lead with influence and expertise.
Contribute to division or department leadership team.
Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values and policies.
Lead, coaches, and develop direct reports by providing work direction to team on procedures related to transaction processing or established consumer experience standards and techniques.
Provide feedback through performance management practices, ensure employees are developing their skills, promoting both team and individual success.
Partner to guide staffing selection in evaluating qualified candidates to fill open positions.
Assist and coaches' direct reports in resolving complex or high priority issues, takes responsibility to resolve issues directly.
Manage team workload and provide guidance in prioritizing all assigned business objectives.
Participate in and provide subject matter expertise on projects or process improvement.
Attend trainings to further develop self.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or service.
Demonstrate communication skills, and the ability to explain complex issues.
Demonstrated experience coaching others, and process improvement.
Demonstrated experience leading people or projects.
If unlicensed, provide proof of successful completion of the AD Banker On-Line Pre-Licensing Course for employee's resident state prior to 8:00am CT the Wednesday before start date or the offer will be rescinded.
Proof of successful completion is: 1.
A score of at least 90% on the comprehensive exam for resident states having this exam in their coursework, and/or 2.
The certificate(s) of completion for resident states requiring a pre-licensing course.
Licenses Resident state licensing exam(s) for property and casualty producer licenses within 30 days of hire.
Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.
Travel Requirements Up to 10%.
Physical Requirements Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
Working Conditions Not applicable.
You will be in a hybrid role that involves working 10 days per month in the office.
