Summary:
Revvity’s Radiometric Detection instrumentation field sales representatives work with Government, Academic, Energy, Nuclear, Biotechnology, Biopharma, Hospital Research Institutes and CRO customer markets.
This position covers all of North America: US & Canada, Puerto Rico & the Caribbean with ownership of the Revvity radiometric detection solutions: Microbeta, Wizard, Harvester and Oxidizer.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Territory Management: Manage all business activities for assigned products and accessories
Achieve and/or exceed Sales Targets year over year
Provide sales consultation using Virtual and F2F selling models
Prospect and gain market share from competition while maintaining market share for existing customer base
Plan and maintain accurate territory pipeline and forecast
Manage CRM with accurate staging, commenting and daily maintenance
Accurately configure product quotes
Handle tendering and administrative tasks to maintain business and close sales for portfolio
Cultivate positive long term relationships with customer accounts including: key opinion leaders, decision makers, end users and procurement
Build long-term account strategies to maintain business in territory
Present and provide follow up training for customers on products and software
Work with designated Field Application Scientist to match customer application needs to existing portfolio and demo product
Organize, promote and host events at customer sites
Participate in 15% overnight travel for sales visits, customer events, tradeshows/exhibitions/conferences, training and sales meetings
Communicate Revvity vision across various scientific workflows and applications
Collaborate with other sales teams, application personnel, business teams and distributors to promote & enhance Revvity workflow solutions

Basic Qualifications:
BS in Life Sciences and 2 years+ of life sciences sales or laboratory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree and/or PhD working with radiometric detection
3+ years in a laboratory hands on setting working with radiometric detection instrumentation
2+ years sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Alternative experiences will be considered including: Direct Expertise with radiometric detection instrumentation in a Laboratory Setting, Field Applications, Field Service, Product Management, Project Management or other functions in the Life Science industry
Passion to stay current with new technologies and applications in the life science market
Well organized and excels in dynamic working environment
Possess strong communication skills working with a wide breadth of personalities: via phone, in writing and in person
Good presentation skills & entrepreneurial spirit
Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Works well cross-functionally across a variety of business functions
Physical Requirements & Expectations:
