In this role you will:
Coordinate technical aspects and ensure data quality within key marketing systems (marketing database, CRM, marketing automation tool) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Coordinate and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and distribute digital marketing materials including blog posts, landing pages, emails, etc.
Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns and monitor their performance.
Prepare traditional marketing materials such as handouts and presentation decks for our sales and client success teams.
Assist with the creation of complex, automated lead nurturing campaigns and serve as a primary user of our marketing automation system (HubSpot).
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact, specifically related to lead generation and ROI.
Work as a liaison within the marketing and sales teams, providing updates and results of marketing initiatives.
Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person events for sales and marketing.
Work with third party vendors to produce printed materials, clothing, and other branded items.
Create and deliver internal communications content including team updates and newsletters.
Coordinate internal events, such as our annual Sales Kick Off event, and other Initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen our company culture.
You will need:
Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
1-2 years of prior marketing experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Ability to learn and maintain proficiency in key marketing systems (marketing database, CRM, marketing automation tool).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable with a desire to improve processes.
