Communicates to patients determined appropriate for admission the patient’s expectations and requirements for participation Secures information relating to patients resources and benefits Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities Other duties as assigned UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
Qualifications Clinical Licensure required Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous marketing/sales experience preferred Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
