In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and bringing in new ones to drive business.
You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy.
As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments.
We are centrally located in Wisconsin Dells, WI but we are searching a representative for the Madison/Dane County area.
Responsibilities:
-· Make contact and build relationships with new and existing customers.
· Generate revenue by making appropriate service recommendations, creating and delivering proposals, acquiring signed contracts and deposits.
· Complete paid training program with proof of proficiency in all processes and standards
· Track and report Daily Sales Activities
· Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategy in market
· Achieve established performance goals and demonstrate expected sales behaviors/processes
· Complete other tasks/projects as directed by leadership
*Qualifications:*
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
· Experience as a supervisor or manager
· Familiarity with CRM platforms
· Strong Leadership Qualities
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Proficient in MS Office suite
· Valid and Current Driver’s License
