As a Sales Development Representative you will help us grow our business by prospecting new clients, networking and creating relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities: Prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media and in-person networking events.
Qualifying and nurturing leads to identify potential customers who are a good fit for our products and services.
Conducting initial discovery calls and demos to understand customer needs and educate them on our value proposition.
Collaborating with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Continuously improving personal sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.
Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine and optimize strategies and offerings Experience and Skill Requirements: Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people, specifically business leaders, on a regular basis.
Experience in a customer service role (i.
e.
retail, restaurant, etc.
), phone support role or sales role will definitely be considered, but outgoing personality, determination, passion to succeed and communications skills are the most important qualifications.
Compensation: Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 Expected total compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth.
