*Solcius/Change Energy* is quickly growing in Wisconsin! We are seeking ambitious Energy Consultants to join our team.
*What you’ll be doing:*
You will be working with homeowners all over the state to deliver a free solar proposal/inspection.

There is no solar experience required! We will provide extensive solar training to be able to be successful in this role
*Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*
* Show up to 10-20 Appointments a week (*SCHEDULED FOR YOU!!!*)
* Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar while generating interest in renewable energy.
* Working alongside mentors and managers as you continue to improve your skills.
* Increasing knowledge and efficiency with tools such as Enerflo, Solo, Aurora and Setmore.
* Positively represent Solcius and Change Energy internally and externally and proactively maintain customer relations
*Position Requirements:*
* High level of motivation and a strong work ethic with a coachable attitude.
* We are looking for team players with strong communication skills that have the ability to work independently.
* Reliable transportation required
* Personal Laptop/Tablet with LTE access required
