Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: Attend & participate in weekly training and coaching sessions Implement our tools to build business Nurture contacts for mindshare Be the local eXpert Lead follow-up & conversion Meet with clients to determine needs & formulate a plan to move them forward Buyers - set searches, show homes & prepare/negotiate a winning Offer Sellers - market, show, provide feedback & negotiate Offer for best price and terms Oversee the transaction process from Offer to Close Maintain relationship after the sale Qualifications: Self-motivation and drive Technology driven Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Show good organizational and time management skills A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred About Company We're a thriving Team that serves greater Dane & Jefferson Counties plus Columbia & Rock Counties.
