Job Title: Marketing, Communications & Outreach Coordinator - Beaver Dam Cost Center: 351011121 BDHos-Administration Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Type: Regular Work Shift: Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (United States of America) Job Description: The Marketing, Communications and Outreach Coordinator - Beaver Dam is responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts and relationships with internal parties and community leaders to assist with the development and execution of system-wide community engagement plans in the assigned region.
This individual will assist with creating and executing collaborative community health and public relations plans and assumes various marketing support responsibilities to help optimize the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) market position and brand.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or related field.
Preferred/Optional: None EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: Two years’ experience in communications or marketing within a professional, corporate environment.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
