The Client Discovery Representative helps drive new business growth primarily focusing on in-bound and outbound lead generation, follow up, nurturing, and program coordination.
The Client Discovery Representative will spend a majority of their time actively engaging, monitoring, and tracking in-bound leads and prospective clients as they move through the Savant sales funnel up to the point that they are assigned to a Financial Advisor.
The anticipated start date for this position is July/August 2024.
The Client Discovery Representative is typically responsible for the following: Engage in and support inbound lead generation activities to further identify and engage leads, including assisting with communication outreach and nurture campaigns.
Schedule initial consultation meetings for advisors once warm in-bound leads are identified and qualified.
Receive, fulfill, support, track, and manage all of Savant’s in-bound leads including phone calls, emails, and website forms.
Make outbound calls to identify opportunities, provide education, insight, uncover needs and make referrals.
Serve as team liaison, assisting and engaging with our internal Advisory and Business Development teams.
Effectively engage qualified leads and prospective clients by understanding motivation and needs, qualifying them against Savant services, and scheduling them with appropriate advisors for initial consultations.
Develop, maintain, and foster positive/enhanced working relationships throughout the organization with emphasis on advisory.
Track and monitor the success rate and overall conversion of in-bound leads through the sales process.
Work effectively, in close collaboration, with both the Advisory and Marketing Departments.
Continuously execute high-quality sales activity on a daily basis, including consistent cold or warm phone and email outreach to leads and prospects.
Research and develop new in-bound and out-bound partnerships to bring new leads into the sales funnel.
A couple of special notes about this role: Must obtain a Series 65 license within six (6) months of date of hire.
This position is an in-person role based out of our Middleton, WI office.
This is a full-time position, with a minimum expected hour amount of 40 hours per week, with some Saturday mornings and evenings The Client Discovery Representative role typically requires the following: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, marketing, or communication.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Series 65 license or are actively pursuing it.
This license is to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Ability to drive sales revenue through an inside sales role.
Ability to effectively work within a sales capacity in an enterprise level CRM solution.
