Dealer Team: The dealer team is a dynamic team of sales and channel marketing professionals with a history of growing sales profitably and building meaningful long-term customer relationships.
This position will be responsible to manage our team of Graber concierge programs and associates.
Supported by a dedicated channel marketing team as well as sales and sales operations, the Concierge Services Manager position represents a unique opportunity to engage with key customers and help take this business to the next level.
Mission: The primary mission of the Concierge Services Manager is to manage the team of associates that onboard new dealers and support our highest performing elite dealers, as well as own and execute all our concierge programs.
As a result, the Sales Onboarding Manager will be required to build and maintain good working relationships with key contacts internally as well as key contacts externally (dealers and national accounts).
Objectives: The primary objective of this role is to own and execute of our concierge programs and associates that support.
Of equal importance is growing sales and profits year over year by executing meaningful dealer onboarding and training programs that engage and quality onboard and educate our dealers.
In addition, this role will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships, and subsequent loyalty, with key customers.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and collaborative in nature, with the ability of developing close relationships with our team of dedicated concierge associates, marketers, sales operations, and training.
* Manage and lead the execution of all customer-facing concierge onboarding and concierge elite dealer programs.
* Manage and lead the team of concierge associates that support our dealers, supporting their individual needs and opportunities for growth.
* Coordinate with sales leadership, to ensure appropriate collaboration with concierge services and TSMs to create a seamless and consistent onboarding experience for new dealers.
* Collaborate and coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, Channel Marketing, Merchandising and Product Management departments to develop the appropriate programs, tools, and program Requirements: Education & Experience * A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in marketing or business * 7+ years of professional sales and/or customer service experience is required * Experience should include experience leading and facilitating customer facing training as well as managing direct reports * Experience with custom products and/or industry experience preferred * Ability to travel up to 30% required, including attending annual sales meetings Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Human Relations: Should be outgoing and pleasant as well as persistent, yet tactful.
Should be a good listener and able to convey concern, interest, and thoughtfulness.
Must be proactive and responsive.
Prefer experience managing direct reports.
*Training & Facilitation: Should have the product knowledge required to facilitate customer facing training sessions as well as have an engaging presentation and facilitation style.
*Communication: Should be a strong communicator both internally and externally.
* Analytical: Should be a fact-based decision maker and have a good analytical, problem-solving approach with ability to analyze needs.
Must have the skills to manage a budget effectively.
* Selling Skills: Must have strengths in solution-based selling.
