Your mission
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and understanding each accounts requirement.
Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts by explaining products and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
Increase sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing new applications.
Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Recommend new product and service options by evaluating current product results and identifying results needed.
Promotes, sell, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events in the US and periodically in Canada.
Monitor the development of sales, prepare reports, and evaluate the introduction of new products to the product line.
Your profile
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a 2-year degree in Animal Science, Animal Reproduction, or related field and/or have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a related field.
Masters in Reproduction Physiology or DVM will be looked at favorably.

what makes us special
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, flexible as needed in a sales position.
Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30, Weekend hours as needed.
Office Location: Verona, WI, home office and remote travel are possible but dependent on the individual after training.
Travel: 60% travel is possible.
Expense reimbursement and company supplied vehicle as necessary for travel.
Salary range: Salary based on education and experience.
Salary range $52,000 – $90,000, Commission possible after first year.
Benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, Flex Time and 401K.
