Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Sales: Promote and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance industry is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
