SUMMARY
Hiebing is seeking a skilled cloud developer with 2-3 years of experience who is excited to integrate and develop solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
Building scalable and highly available applications using modern cloud services, tools and best practices
Helping the team manage cloud services on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure
Assisting senior developers with implementation of CI/CD pipelines
Developing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs
Participating in Git code reviews and providing constructive feedback
Adhering to commit message, branching, pull request and documentation best practices
Troubleshooting and debugging issues, working with QA teams
Continuously learning, staying up to date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends
Applying research and analytical skills in evaluating new technologies and platforms
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure successful project and task completion
Required skills and qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in cloud development
Working in a team-oriented setting with the belief that teams always outperform individuals
Experience with serverless cloud technologies: AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions
Experience with Facade API design or Backend For Frontend (BFF) pattern
Experience with architecture, implementing, or supporting containers in cloud environments
Experience with writing unit tests and unit testing frameworks
Proficient in Unix shell or PowerShell scripting
Work or personal experience with JavaScript and at least one other high-level programming language (Python, Rust, C#, Java, PHP, etc.
)
This position is a hybrid position located in Madison, WI.
You must be able to be on-site Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly.
Working from home instead of on-site is an option each week on Thursday & Friday
Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
