*Responsibilities:* * Supervise team of retail sales workers * Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency * Train and evaluate employees * Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting * Resolve escalated customer complaints *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 2 years of retail management experience required * Customer service experience is a plus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and communication skills * Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team to meet sales goals * Open-minded and have a professional attitude * Strong leadership qualities *Compensation:* * Pay is based on experience.
