*What other skills you should possess*:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Sales experience in a retail sales environment desired, but not required, we’ll train the right individual
* Must be outgoing and have a desire to succeed.
Success is always what you put into it.
* Confidence in working both independently and in a team environment
* Highly organized & efficient for project management in a fast-paced multitasking environments; able to prioritize effectively to accomplish objectives with creativity, enthusiasm, and accuracy
* Although not required; understand/decipher blueprints, and utilize a tape measure/scale with precise accuracy
* Basic computer skills, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and database applications.
* Color Vision/Design aptitude
*Responsibilities*:
* Greet customers on the sales floor, by phone or internet lead and qualify them to appropriate products and services while keeping design in mind.
* Complete scaled diagrams, estimate cost and amount of material required while referring to customer's floor plans or descriptions, ensuring accurate quotes for customers
* Full sales processes of estimating, closing the sale, placing the order, follow up and retention and prospecting
* Enjoy the best retail schedule in the industry
1 late night a week (until 8pm) and every other Saturday (closed Sunday’s and most major Holidays)
