Bilingual Account Executive

*Bilingual Account Executive* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Account Executive to join the Ruiz-Jorandby Agency LLC with American Family Insurance.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients, while providing exceptional customer service.
Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our insurance agency.
*Responsibilities:* * Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
* Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
* Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and changes to coverage.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
* Bilingual is required (Spanish & English) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to obtain an insurance license (Property and Casualty License) as a condition of employment.
